Inmate Commissary and Telephone
The Rockingham County Department of Corrections has three ways
for inmate friends and family members to put money onto inmate phone
and commissary accounts.
Money Orders
- Inmates cannot receive any cash. Money orders ONLY will be
accepted via mail.
- Money orders must be made payable to RCDC Inmate Account
- In Memo line list inmate's name

- Offender Connect website is an easy way for making
commissary deposits to inmate accounts. It is a secure service
that allows users to log in online and easily deposit funds from
the comfort of their own home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Inmate friends and family no longer have to send money orders.

Kiosk
- eZ Deposit Kiosk located at the facility in the visiting
lobby can take cash or credit card deposits from inmate friends
and family and place it automatically into either the inmate’s
commissary account or an account for the inmate to place phone
calls. Deposits are available by the end of the next business
day. The Kiosk accepts only the following Bills: $5, $10, $20,
$50, $100
