Welcome to the Rockingham County’s continuum of care approach to long-term care services. Because different levels of care are needed to serve the community, we support and operate a stepping stone approach which offers our adult medical day program, the assisted living residential care program, as well as the County nursing home. Together, these services are designed to offer a safe, caring and sound system of care that allows families to choose the level of care that fits their needs and allows increased services when necessary
