The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the general
medical care and treatment to the residents in the facility,
under the direction of the Physician, within the scope of
practice for Nurse Practitioners and in accordance with
State and Federal rules/regulations and nursing standards of
Ability to perform various aspects of accounting including
A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, GL entries, month-end
closings, and preparation of financial statements. Must be
detail orientated and able to multi-task.
Assistant County Attorney I
Responsible for the prosecution of cases primarily in the
Rockingham County Superior Court with the fair, effective,
and efficient enforcement of justice and the criminal laws
of the State of New Hampshire as the ultimate goal.
Manages the IT and Telecommunications of
Rockingham County. Prepares IT/Telecommunication Plan and
budget. Determines Technology direction – short and long-term
planning, software, hardware to the greatest benefit for Rockingham
County. Supports and administers Avaya telephone system, Microsoft
Network and Modular Messaging voice mail system. Serves as HIPAA
Officer. Provides coordination and oversight to outside contractors.
Supports and maintains Internet connections. Provides Network
Administrator training and computer user applications training.
Supports PC users with hardware, OS, applications and printers.
Installs new hardware and software. Administers the call accounting
system. Consults with and assists other county departments with
technical issues. Develops Disaster Recovery Plan and
implementation. Coordinates with other departments to understand and
meet their requirements. Ensures that data and equipment are
protected. Makes presentations, provides information and prepares
reports as needed. Performs other related duties as required.
Weekends 7p-7a Saturday and Sunday: Directs, through head or
charge nurses, activities of the nursing staff to ensure
optimum resident care.
Directs the activities of employees for payroll
processing, financial report preparation, system administration and
budget oversight by performing the following duties; assignments at
this level involve responsibilities that impact the entire financial
operation and requires the exercise of discretion over operations
|Medical Records and Biller
||Maintains the medical records
system for the nursing home within the standards of
accrediting and regulatory agencies. Assists billing and
social services with pre-certification of transportation and
other related services. Assists billing/social services and
families with filing for Medicaid assistance.
Staff Development Coordinator
||Provides education, orientation and
training for all nursing staff in order to maintain
facility standards, meet regulatory requirements and promote
professional development. Provides orientation for other
departments as requested.
||Provides administrative and
clerical support as part of the records management team, and
for any assigned prosecutor and/or investigator. The records
management team is responsible for receiving and directing
calls, intake of mail, court correspondence and case files,
and the storage and retrieval of all records.
||Assists in all areas of food
preparation and service on a rotating as needed basis
Dietary Aide I
||Prepares meals for the Ernest P.
Barka Assisted Living Facility residents in the dining room
and resident rooms as needed.
