Mission Statement

In furthering the concept that quality of work life enhances and increases employee productivity, the Human Resources Department has adopted the following mission:

• Provide training, development and education to promote individual success and increase overall value to the organization;
• Provide and promote a safe and healthful work environment;
• Inspire and encourage a high level of employee morale through recognition, effective communication and delivering constant feedback;
• Maintain adequate and fair compensation ;
• Promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect;
• We will seek to provide solutions to workplace issues that support and optimize the operating principles of the County;
• Encourage awareness of all benefits available to employees.
