Welcome to the Rockingham County’s continuum of care approach to long term care services.
Because different levels of care are needed to serve the community, we support and operate a stepping stone
approach which offers our adult medical day program, the assisted living residential care program, as well as
the Rockingham County Nursing Home. Together, these services are designed to offer a safe, caring and
sound system of care that allows families to choose the level of care that fits their needs and allows increased
services when necessary.
